It's not like I deserve an award at all, to be honest. But hey, there are spiders in my bathroom, and I do not deserve that either (ape kaitan? haha). Thanks a lot to Durakhyar :) And sorry, I have nothing to give you in return (I am being polite ^^).

TRUTH FOR MATURE HUMAN.

I swear I am pretty much every one of these things.

(1).

You totally take back all those time you did not want to nap when you were younger.

(2).

Sometimes, when you watched a movie you had watched when you were younger, you suddenly realized you had no idea what was going on when you first watched it.

(3).

There was no worse feeling than that millisecond you were sure that you were going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

(4).

Sometimes, you looked down at your watch for three consecutive times, and still did not know what time was it.

(5).

You hate when you just missed a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello? Sheesh ...), but when you immediately called back, it rang for a few second and went to the voicemail. (What did you do after I didn't answer? Drop the phone and run away?)

(6).

You kept some people's phone number just so you know not to answer when they call. Rather than to answer the call but sound reluctant to speak.

(7).

You think, saying, "What?" for more than three times because you did not hear what the other party have said is very much inappropriate. (After three times, you would stare blankly at the speaker for 0.5 second, nod and then smile)

(8).

Nothing screwed more than that moment during an argument when you realized you were wrong.

(9).

You hate leaving the house confident and looking good, and then not seeing or bumping into anyone of importance for the entire day. What a waste.

(10).

You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment when you know that you just are not going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.

(11).

You are always slightly terrified when you exit from Word and it asks if you want to save any changes to your ten-page-report which, for heaven's sake, you did not make any changes to.

(12).

You would rather try to carry ten overloaded plastic bags in each hand than to take two trips to bring all the groceries in.

(13).

You think, a part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history when you die.

(14).

You have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

(15).

You cannot remember the last time you were not, at least, kind of tired.

There is a great need for sarcasm font.

Freezer deserves a light as well.

Bad decision makes good story.

Can we all just ignore whatever comes after Twilight? I don't want to have to restart my collection ... again.

Even under ideal condition, people have trouble locating the car keys in the pocket or finding the cell phone -- but I bet everyone can find and push the snooze button from three feet away, in about 1.5 second, eyes closed, first time and everytime.

I am having a seriously hard time getting used to the fact that holiday is almost over and soon I will have to get out of bed every morning to go to the class. 


14 more days. I was trying to make sense of everything. Do not say that I did not warn you. I am tentatively leaving the house in 14 days. 14 DAYS. I prefer to use 'might leave' instead of 'will leave' because I always want to leave it like that. Thinking that I might not go, instead of thinking I will, in case the worst happens and I do not go.


Okay, you may think that I am arrogant for saying this, but I am saying it anyway. If you fall into this category: you said, "We should definitely catch up before you leave!" and I responded to you by saying "Yeah, sure! :)", then it means that I like you and you mean a lot to me. Unfortunately, when I said I like you, it is not applied as: the entire members of my family like you too. Do I make myself clear here? 


Since my parents are so particular and selective when it comes to hanging out with friends, and because of some events that have been really frustrating, I have to set the rules. Here are some of my little preferences that would be great if you can accommodate to:

1. I prefer it very much that we hang out close to my place, do not ask me why. I just do. And if you fall among those whom my mom knows very well, you should come over to my place. 
2. Do not ask me why I am not furthering my previous course. Do not bring them up when we hang out. You can call me later to ask, or email me. Of course it would not apply if I bring the subject myself, otherwise, I appreciate your concern but please do not ask.

From: -rational side of the writer- Oh, aisyah sounds heartless and calculative here. As if she cares little about friends or feelings. Do not mind that silly girl. She just does not know what to do. This is her way to cope with leaving within a fortnight. She loves you so dearly. Really. You guys are the biggest passion in her life. She is stupidly too idealistic for her own good. She wants to save the world, especially the trees. She believes world peace is possible and she dreams all the time. Be patient with her, okay?

Last two days, I bumped into this person asking about my plan before going to the college. And I almost laughed at his face when he casually asked, "Aren't you going to spend time with your family?"

And to answer that, let me throw the question to you - those who are going to register for your new semester in local university. Hey, you are not going anywhere, right? So how ridiculous would that question sounds in you ear?

"But ... aah ... who is my family?"

Family are those who have seen me in my most broken, picked up all the little pieces, patched them back together, and made me whole again. I really need these people to help me picking all the pieces up. I do not think I could have done it myself *shrugs in the state of brokenness*

Family are those who have again and again bailed me out of messes that I got myself into. From a small one like misplacing the food container, to a big one like messing up in the final exam - which means screwing up the future.

Family are those who lifted me in my lowest and helped me stand when I could not by myself. They point me towards Allah the Almighty in their answers to my questions, and the questions they ask me. They are those whom I see the strength in because of the way they live.

Yeah, that is my definition of family. So, what was the question again?

Am I spending time with family before I leave?

More than you know, dear. More than you know.

Only GOD can lift our hearts from despair and replace our burden with abundant life. HE does this not by taking away our pain, but by giving us strength that is greater than the pain.

GOD aside, you can make everything worth it.

Israel attacks unarmed aid ship in the international waters.

May 31, 2010.

Press statement on GAZA AID FLOTILLA

Viva Palestina Malaysia is utterly shocked and outraged at the blatant and murderous act of aggression committed by the Israeli armed forces against the Flotilla carrying desperately needed aid to Gaza. Early reports indicate several deaths and injuries to an international group of peace activists who sole intention is to break the illegal blockade of Gaza imposed by the government of Israel. That this attack took place against unarmed and defenseless civilians in international waters is all the more grievous criminal. There was absolutely no necessity for force and all deaths and injuries are simply reprehensible.

The Israeli government continues to invite world scorn in its despicable treatment of the Palestinians and this latest incident is another ghastly and cowardly stain on its appalling human rights record. The Israeli government has continuously denied their involvement in any siege of Gaza but this attack in itself is an admission of Israel's explicit complicity in the genocide of an entire people.

The presence of many Malaysians on board and other international peace activists is of grave concern to Viva Palestina Malaysia and the Malaysian public. Viva Palestina Malaysia, taking cognizance of this critical turn of events in international waters, do hereby:

a. CONDEMN in the strongest possible term this latest round of aggression by Israel on the Freedom Flotilla;

b. HOLD the Israel government totally for the lives and well being of all volunteers on board for the Freedom Flotilla;

c. DEMAND the immediate release of all the volunteers and urgent medical care be given to the injured;

d. URGE the United Nations and all democratic nations of the world to do everything possible to end wanton killing of innocent peace activists on the Freedom Flotilla;

e. DEMAND all the aids destined for Gaza be released with immediate effect;

f. SUPPORT any move by the Government of Malaysia to ensure the safety of Malaysians on board and continue to champion the Palestinian cause in their aspirations towards freedom, justice and self determination."
